Ceremony cues are usually handled by the planner, coordinator, or designated ceremony point person. They let us know when family, wedding party, the couple, or other participants are ready to enter. We can prepare the music and be ready for each transition, but we rely on the ceremony lead to cue the actual entrances. This helps avoid starting too early, cutting a song at the wrong moment, or missing a timing change happening out of our view.
