Events with shuttles, gondolas, ski-area access, restricted roads, or remote loading zones require extra advance planning. Band gear cannot usually be handled like guest luggage. We need to know how equipment, instruments, sound gear, and people will get to the performance location, who controls access, when vehicles are allowed in, and how load-out will work after the event.
