Cancellations by the band are extremely rare. Our goal is always to honor the agreement and perform as contracted. WWR’s contract language allows the band to cancel only for specific reasons and with written notice, such as failure to pay the deposit by the due date, required contract terms not being met, unapproved additional performers, or other contract-related issues. In practice, if a serious issue ever came up, we would communicate as early and clearly as possible.
