Outdoor ceremonies are common and usually work well, but weather and conditions matter. Ceremony music and ceremony sound can often happen outdoors without full covering when conditions are safe and suitable. However, wind, rain, lightning, extreme temperatures, direct sun, wet ground, or unsafe surfaces can create problems for instruments, sound equipment, and people. If weather becomes unsafe or inclement, we may need to move indoors or under a covered area. It is always best to have a clear backup plan with the venue or planner.
