Parking needs depend on the lineup, production needs, and whether we are bringing a trailer, van, or additional vehicles. For most full-band events, we may arrive with a truck and 12′ trailer, plus a passenger car or two. In some cases, we may also use a 15-passenger van. Because of the trailer, we need enough space not only to park, but also to safely pull in, unload, and turn around without getting blocked in or creating problems for guests or other vendors. At minimum, we need convenient loading access for gear, followed by safe parking for band vehicles. If parking is limited, remote, valet-only, or requires shuttling, we need to know in advance so we can plan load-in and load-out properly.
