When you are ready to confirm, we will send a planning questionnaire to gather the details needed to build your agreement. This usually includes the event date, location, package or services requested, estimated schedule, ceremony/cocktail/reception needs, and any known production, travel, lodging, or meal requirements. That information becomes the basis for the contract. Some items may be finalized right away, while others may be listed as TBD or confirmed with final timeline if they are still evolving. A 50% deposit is required with the signed agreement to officially reserve the date, with the remaining balance due according to the terms in the contract.
