Please let us know as early as possible. Long cable runs, limited outlets, shared circuits, or unclear power access can create real production issues. If the performance area does not have adequate power nearby, we may need venue support, additional extension planning, a generator, or a different setup location. These details should be addressed before the event day, not during load-in.
