Your date is officially reserved once we have a signed agreement and 50% deposit in place. Until both the contract and deposit are received, the date is not fully confirmed and availability can change. Before we prepare the agreement, we will send a questionnaire to collect as many event details as you currently have, including your preferred package, event location, estimated timeline, and key service needs. Some details may still be listed as TBD or to be confirmed with the finalized timeline, and that is okay. Those items can be noted in the contract and finalized as planning develops.
