It is helpful for your planner or venue to know that the band may require trailer access, large-vehicle parking, safe load-in, adequate turnaround space, meals, lodging, and a realistic schedule for setup and load-out. For full-band events, we may arrive with a truck and 12′ trailer, plus a passenger car or two, and sometimes a 15-passenger van. Because of the trailer, parking and turnaround access should be planned in advance.
