We need a clear and safe load-in path from parking or loading area to the performance location. Ideally, this includes nearby vehicle access, ramps or elevators if needed, and enough time to move equipment without interfering with guests or other vendors. Stairs, long carries, gravel paths, lawns, tight elevators, limited parking, or restricted loading zones can affect timing and staffing. Please let us know about any difficult access points early.
