Please tell us early in the planning process. This is common at venues where dinner is in one area and dancing is in another. If dinner, speeches, or announcements are away from the main band setup, guests may not be able to hear music or spoken audio from the reception PA. We do have a smaller satellite speaker setup that can sometimes support background music, speeches, or announcements in a separate area, but it needs to be planned in advance so the right equipment, timing, and setup are in place.
