While we are communicating back and forth, you can ask for a hold on your date. A hold means we will let you know if another serious inquiry comes in for the same date so you have a chance to make a decision before we move forward with another event. In some cases, clients may place a $250 hold fee to secure a longer decision window. If you move forward with booking, that hold fee applies toward your deposit. If you decide to go a different direction, the hold fee is not refundable.
