If you or your planner have access to a hotel block, venue lodging, a rental property, BnB, or discounted rooms, you may be able to provide lodging directly instead of using a lodging buyout. The lodging needs to provide the required bed count, be reasonably close to the venue, and work with the event schedule, parking, check-in, and load-out needs. We will want to confirm the lodging plan before it is considered finalized.
